Frogmore Creek winemaking duo Alain Rousseau and Nick Glaetzer are very much in the groove and their talent shines through even in the wines made under the winerys second label. Rose´ is all the rage this summer and this bright, cheeky little number, made from 100 per cent handpicked pinot noir grown at Campania, is very much in vogue with shiny crimson look and aromas and flavours of fresh mixed red berries and cream. Crisp and juicy with some clean, cool-climate minerality on the finish, this is a lovely lunchtime or picnic wine. Try it with peri-peri roast chicken.
