Bright, gleaming quartz-green; this comes from the oldest vines on the McIntyre Vineyard, with a depth to the stone fruit and fig fruit beyond the other Moorooduc Chardonnays; in all four wines oak is a conveyance to allow barrel ferment and maturation with a by-product of cashew-complexity. 13% alcohol.
