95/100. 10/10. This is still my benchmark Australian bubbly and it gets better and better the longer it sits in bottle. Smells tight, spring-watery, flinty, elemental and ciabatta bready, getting more comfy-smelling with time. Is reserved and appetising, tight and edgy on the tongue, with peel and mouth-watering pear-apple skin-flesh. Fab texture.
