92 Points, 4 Stars.

A blend of chardonnay (80%) and pinot noir (20%), that has been aged on the lees for four years. The fine, toasty character of chardonnay dominates, although the pinot noir adds a hint of richness and chocolate-box character. It’s a tight, youthful wine with good bready, nutty autolysis character. A stylish methode from an excellent vintage. A hot prospect for further bottle-age, which should promote an even creamier texture and greater complexity.
